What you can contact us about

  • Privacy and account data: Access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, or objection requests.
  • Portrait, privacy, and public-web removal: Requests about faces, names, location exposure, minors, or other public content on the web.
  • Copyright and other rights: Claims involving copyright, trademark, venue, property, or authorization to publish travel content.
  • Safety and illegal content: Urgent reports involving exploitation, doxxing, impersonation, threats, or other unsafe material.

What to include

  • The URL or public ID of the relevant page or journey.
  • A clear description of the issue and the legal, privacy, or safety basis for the request.
  • Your name and contact details, plus proof of identity or authority if you act for someone else.
  • Screenshots or supporting documents where available.
