1. Core Principle

MomentBook is designed to help people organize and selectively share travel memories. Public content must be lawful, respectful, and safe for the people shown in it and for the communities affected by it.

2. Illegal, Exploitative, or Abusive Content

  • Content involving child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, intimate-image abuse, extortion, or non-consensual nudity.
  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, serious criminal activity, self-harm, suicide encouragement, hate, harassment, threats, stalking, or discriminatory abuse.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, scraping, spam, or other abuse of the Service or its users.

3. People in Photos, Minors, and Privacy

Do not publish another person's face, likeness, travel pattern, live location, personal identifier, or other identifying detail without the permission or lawful basis required by applicable law.

Do not expose passports, tickets, hotel room numbers, home addresses, license plates, or other sensitive details if public display could harm someone.

Do not publish minors' images or information in a way that is unsafe, exploitative, sexualized, humiliating, or otherwise unlawful.

4. Authenticity, IP, and Manipulated Media

Only share content you own or are authorized to use and publish.

Do not misrepresent authorship, consent, travel history, or location context, and do not use edited, synthetic, or AI-generated media to deceive, extort, defame, or sexualize real people.

5. Safety and Moderation

We may refuse publication, delay review, remove or hide content, de-index public pages, preserve evidence, or restrict accounts when content creates legal, privacy, safety, or rights-related risk.

Serious or repeated violations may be reported to rights holders or relevant authorities where appropriate.

6. Appeals and Reports

If you need to report a violation, rights issue, or unsafe content, contact support@momentbook.app with the relevant URL or other identifying information and supporting details.

These guidelines operate together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If mandatory law requires a higher standard, that law prevails.
