MomentBook Public Posting Notice

Version: 1.0.0

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

Last Updated: April 17, 2026

Operator: Hansol Yoon

Contact: support@momentbook.app

1. What Public Posting Means

If you choose to publish a journey, it may appear on public MomentBook web pages that can be accessed without logging in.

Public pages may show cover images, published photos, titles, descriptions, localized text, author display information, dates, photo counts, location labels, and related metadata included in the journey.

2. Search Engines and Third-Party Visibility

Public journey pages may be crawled and indexed by search engines.

Browsers, social platforms, AI systems, and other third parties may generate previews, snippets, caches, or archives of public pages.

Even after removal or unpublishing, copies kept by third parties may remain until their own systems update.

3. What You Confirm Before Publishing

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publicly publish every photo, title, description, and other element of the journey.

If an identifiable person appears in the content, you confirm that you have obtained the consent or other lawful basis required to capture, upload, localize, and publicly display that person's likeness, name, voice, or personal data.

If minors appear, you confirm that any parent or guardian permission required by law has been obtained.

You also confirm that publication does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, portrait, confidentiality, property, venue, or similar rights.

4. What MomentBook May Do

MomentBook may review or delay publication, localize text into supported languages, add public metadata, and remove, hide, or de-index content when complaints, safety risks, or legal concerns arise.

MomentBook may also preserve evidence and account records as reasonably necessary for complaint handling, moderation, legal compliance, and dispute response.

5. Your Responsibility After Publication

If consent is withdrawn or a rights issue arises, you must promptly unpublish the content or request its removal.

To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for claims arising from content you uploaded or chose to make public.

6. Rights-Holder and Emergency Requests

Rights, privacy, portrait, publicity, copyright, or safety complaints can be sent to support@momentbook.app with the public URL, claimant identity or authority, basis of claim, and supporting information.
